Business Consultant

The objective of the Business Coach is to further provide participants with the understanding of business start up and operation planning so they can be better prepared to succeed.

The Business coach will determine the participant's level of business  knowledge and special requirements to their business concept.  In addition, deliver instruction on the business development planning and enable participants to create an effective business plan.  The business coach will provide one on one coaching on an ongoing basis to problem solve and to ensure knowledge of the clients respective industry and business start-up.  The coach also will focus on assisting our clients with their outcomes and successes.  A monthly monitoring component will be integral for the business coach to keep tabs on the participants as well as offering the opportunity for participants to regularly meet with their coach and discuss obstacles, critical risks, sales targets, discrepancies and overall business operations.

To ensure clients' successful utilization of the Business Resource Centre, each youth will have the opportunity to work with the business coach.  His practice will ensure the effective and efficent use of the centre.  It has also proven to be a very effective approach to ensure that youth who require extra support and external motivation do not "fall through the cracks."
